The onboarding journey is different for each user. Select the relevant path instead of forcing everyone into one generic explanation.

Patients

Download the app, register, complete identity verification and wait for account approval before using the available patient functions.

Dr

Doctors

Complete the patient account steps, then submit a professional application for review before providing services.

Healthcare Workers

Register interest through the app for now. Dedicated service functions will be introduced in a future phase.

Health Facilities

Register through the facility referral or QR link, complete verification, then enter the staged facility ecosystem.

The shared four-part care logic

Once an approved user enters the correct pathway, the core care experience follows the same clear logic.
