Your onboarding journey
Follow the steps in order. Access should not be treated as active until the relevant checks are complete.
Open the app when available
Use the general app pathway to create an account or express interest.
Identify your healthcare-worker category
Indicate the relevant role, such as nursing, pharmacy, allied health or healthcare operations.
Register interest only for the current phase
The platform can record interest and future participation intent, but it does not yet promise an active healthcare-worker service role.
Access future functions when introduced
Dedicated tools or service pathways can be released later after the relevant design, governance and operational readiness work.
Then continue into the shared care logic
Where the role has active platform functions, the experience continues through guided intake or service entry, appropriate routing, a structured interaction and a clear next step.
Understand the need or service request
Start with the information required for the role and situation.
Route appropriately
Use the correct lane and escalate unsuitable cases or requests.
Complete the structured interaction
Follow the role-specific workflow with clear accountability.
Close with a clear outcome
The user should know what happens next.
