Open the facility referral or QR link

A facility can enter through a valid referral pathway that carries the relevant referral code.

Complete facility registration

Submit the requested facility information and supporting documents through the public facility portal.

Wait for administrative verification

ClinicGenZ reviews the application before the facility can be treated as verified or listed appropriately.

Enter the staged ecosystem

An approved facility may be listed in the app. Deeper facility service functions and operational integration will be introduced in future phases.

Where the role has active platform functions, the experience continues through guided intake or service entry, appropriate routing, a structured interaction and a clear next step.
